What Does Our Quality Model Include?

The Quality Model prepared by John and Rodney will provide your RTO with:

  • A ‘Model’ that eliminates the ‘hard work’ of having to indicate that about 70% to 75% of what a compliant RTO does already aligns to the current International Standards (ISO) for Quality Management Systems for Education and Training (ISO 9001:2015 & AS ISO 21001:2019).
  • A ‘Model’ that draws upon internationally recognised principles of ‘self-assurance’, that once effectively implemented into the RTO, will enable either: self-accreditation claims against the International Standards; or gaining internationally recognised certification through a JASANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) registered certification body.
  • A ‘Model’ that provides future opportunities to embrace international standards for OH&S (ISO 45001:2018) and the Environment (ISO14001:2015).
  • A Quality Manual Framework  (Quality Manual) and supporting resources to enable the RTO to include details of how they will achieve the requirements of the integrated standards for their operations.
  • An overall RTO Process Flow – a practical component referenced and required by every International Quality System Standard that identifies the inputs and outputs of each step in the organisation’s operational flow and assists in "future proofing" an RTO when national standards are revised.
  • Three progressive models of alignment of the RTO's process flow to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015; the CRICOS National Code 2018; and ISO 9001: 2015 / AS ISO 21001: 2019 standards.
  • Alignment of the RTO's Governance structure to all three sets of standards
