An International Certification Agents Perspective

Following an initial review of our Quality Manual and Supporting Resources, the following response was provided by an ISO9001-2015 Certification Agency.


“Hi John,

In terms of a certification assessment base, if a provider can show compliance to the documented management system's requirements and, if records (retained documentation) to support all of the system requirements were made available at time of a certification audit, I wouldn't see an impediment to a provider becoming certified in the ISO9001 scheme.
